About Us

Purpose

The purpose of the HCA is to promote the general welfare of all the residents and property owners in matters of community interest, property and personal rights.

Membership

Membership is voluntary and limited to adults. Voting is by residence, with a one vote per residence limitation.

To become a member of the HCA, visit the Contact Us page and select "membership" from the pull-down menu.
